Ids are UUIDv7 made on the device
Records are created offline, often by guests who may sign up later. Every record gets a UUIDv7 on the device that creates it, so nothing is renumbered when it reaches the server and guest data uploads unchanged. UUIDv7 keeps ids roughly time-ordered for indexes.
